Bookings made with basecampexplorer.co.uk are bound by the terms and conditions of Basecamp Explorer A/S, Oslo. Copies are available on request. Bookings will not be accepted without adequate insurance. Deposits of 25% are due at time of booking and trips must be paid in full 12 weeks prior to departure.

Basecamp Explorer UK cannot guarantee the wildlife seen on each trip. By booking with basecampexplorer.co.uk it is assumed that all parties travelling have read and understood the Acknowledgement of Risk section. Changes and amendments to bookings once confirmed are subject to a £100 per person amendment fee, in addition to any additional charges levied by 3^rd party operators. Cancellations will be subject to cancellation charges, these are available on request. It is the responsibility of all parties travelling to ensure they have the correct visas for countries visited on the trip. All parties must have the correct inoculations – please refer to your local GP for health advice.

Basecamp Explorer UK will not be responsible for refused entry due to incorrect visa and or health requirements.
