Rajasthan is the homeland of the Rajputs (warriors) - the clan that ruled this country for a thousand years. The Rajputs were famous for their bravery and they fought for honor, even when they where doomed to loose.

Chandelao lies in the kingdom of Jodhpur, 40 kilometers from Jodhpur city, and Chandelao Garh, now also called Basecamp Rajasthan, is situated in this peaceful village.
